We are hiring dynamic, confident, energetic & enthusiastic female candidates for our In-house Voice process.

Job Summary: Employee will generate clients for subscription of our research products; will generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority.

Major Duties:-
1. Generate the leads of prospective clients
2. Communicate to clients the products & services of company.
3. Will generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority
4. Follow-up with clients for updating products and services.
5. Assist in development of systems and process of the company.
6. Assist in compliance with the competent authorities.
7. Customer Relationship Management.
8. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
9. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
10. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
11. Recording sales and order information in the Software.
12. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
13. Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
14. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
15. Feeding future buying trends back to employers.
16. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
17. Attending all assigned leads.
